12.1 The passenger will reimburse Antrak Air for any costs it incurs in order to:

(a) Repair or replace Property lost, damaged or destroyed by him;

(b) Compensate any Passenger or crew member affected by his actions; and

(c) Divert the aircraft for the purpose of removing him from the aircraft. Antrak Air may use the value of any unused carriage on his Ticket or any of his funds in its possession to pay sums due.
