Antrak Air has inaugurated its Management Review Board (MRB) on safety and quality assurance.
The MRB, which is composed of top Management personnel, plays an important function in safety and quality assurance of the Airline. It actively seeks to get top Management involved with every aspect of safety and quality in service delivery.

The MRB is tasked to review on regular basis, all findings from audits and inspections carried out by Quality Assurance Representatives (QAR’s) within Antrak Air. The QAR’s comprises responsible Officers within the various department of the airline.
 

Duties :
They are charged to monitor, appraise and ensure compliance with the Management systems within the department , attain and maintain interdepartmental knowledge and assist departmental heads, perform audits and formulate reports and initiate remedial action.

The MRB confirms or revise target dates which have been agreed by the QAR’s following the need for corrective and / or preventive action.

Getting top management involved in this program ensures that all quality and safety issues are tackled quickly. The decision making process is fast and efficient and allows for a more dynamic approach to an ever changing market.
