If a passenger cannot be carried on a flight for which he has a confirmed reservation and have met all applicable check-in and boarding deadlines, Antrak Air will carry him on one of its later flights or will pay compensation under applicable law or Antrak Air denied boarding compensation policy.
Apart from the rights under Article 9.3, Antrak will have no liability for any loss or expense whatsoever.
Antrak will refund the fare paid for the ticket in accordance with its regulations.
